歯のクリーニング
いきなり生々しい画像ですいません。
女性の方が多く見てくださっているので普段はなるべくソフトな画像をと心がけているのですが
たまには生々しいのもいいかなと・・・。

ところでタイトルの「歯のクリーニング」ですが、私は半年に一度位のペースで
ムシ歯じゃなくても歯科医院に行ってます。
幸い今のところムシ歯が1本も無い（歯だけは丈夫）ので、歯のチェックをかねて、歯石や色素沈着を
取ってもらいに行くんです。
今日は急に思い立って、「ＧＷ前だし予約取れないだろうな」と思いつつ電話してみたら
あっさり取れたので行ってきました。
以前タバコを吸っていた頃は、保険が適用されない、いわゆる「審美歯科」に行ってましたが
タバコのヤニが歯に着かない今は保険適用の歯科で十分綺麗になります。
審美歯科は2万円くらいでホワイトニングじゃなくとも、かなり歯が白くなり、汚れもしっかり落ちます。
時間は短く30分前後でしょうか。
普通の歯医者さんでは2500円位でほとんど綺麗になります。気になる汚れが取れる感じです。
時間はたっぷり1時間かかります。
歯医者さんて歯が痛くならない限り行く気にならない所ですが、歯のクリーニングはホントお勧め。
特に女性の方は自分で気付かなくても行ってみると実はかなり歯が黄ばんでた事に気付くと思います。
あ、そういえばいいこと聞いたのでご報告。
「歯を白くする」系の市販の歯磨き粉は使わないほうがいいそうです。
研磨剤が入っているため歯の表面を削ってしまい、削れた部分に汚れが入り込むと
かえって取れにくくなっちゃうんですって。（今日まで使ってた私）
あ、そういえば小夜さんの旦那様は
歯科医師さんでしたよね。
もしこの投稿読まれてたら、「また3ヵ月後に来て下さい」と言われた私に何かアドバイスをください（笑）

私も歯のホワイトニングはこまめにやってます。
タバコをやめてから殊に気にしてます。
溶液を使ってやるホワイトニングは半年に一回で、
その間気になれば、バタさんがいってる2500円
ぐらいのやつでじゅうぶんですね。
半年に一度はやっぱり歯科医にいくのがベスト
ですよねー！

私が行ってた審美歯科では食塩水を凄い圧で歯に当てる
方法で、確かに綺麗にはなるんだけど、口の端が
塩かぶれして超痛いの・・・。

溶液のは2週間毎日2時間マウスピースに
液をいれて自宅でやらないといけないやつです。
夕飯食べてそっこーで歯磨きして、
はめて、2時間のまず食わずで、
終わったらまた歯磨き。めんどくさいですよー(笑)

歯科医にホワイトニング勧められたんだけど
自宅でもやらなきゃいけないって聞いて、私は多分無理
だなって思ってたんですよ〜。
でもかなり綺麗になるらしいですね！
自分本来の歯の色も歳をおうに連れてねっ・・・。

こんにちは。僕も定期的に歯医者に通っています。小さな虫歯は白いプラスチックを入れて早いうちに直せば痛くも無く綺麗ですね。
今のパートナー（恋人とはいえないけど）は生理の時には必ず毎回これをしてくれます。でもそういう時はこちらがしてあげられなくて申し訳ないような気持ちになりますね。
