またギックリ腰・・・
45RPMがまたギックリ腰をおこしたので、昨日からずっと家にいますorz
45RPMったらかわいそうに、痛み止め飲まないと寝れないんだって。
だからずっと、体を動かしやすいように、少し離れて手をつないで寝てました。
ギックリ腰はしてあげられる事が無いから、残りのGWはゆっくり寝るしかないね、45RPM。
治ったら、また写真のようなことしてあげる♪

自分も昔ヘルニアやった事があるので、時々痛むんですよね。
ホント辛いですよね・・・
GWも終わってまた普通の（仕事に明け暮れる）日々が始まります。
