ゲルマニウム
この間の銀座デートの写真見てたらまたお尻盗撮されてた。
ゲルマニウム、今凄く話題ですね。私は6歳頃、アトピーの治療のため、暫く試した事があります。
お店に行くと高いので、 これ 買ってみました（ニックネーム marbleflow が私達です）
届いたら、どれだけ効果があったかレポートしますね！
GWに入ってからステッパーもガジュツも完全に休んでます・・・。
2週間位試した結果、ステッパー＆ガジュツ、「効果が無いわけじゃない」というのが
正直な感想かな〜
年齢のせいか、代謝が悪いせいか、期間が短いせいか、どれも劇的変化はありません。
でも顔が少し小さくなったり、なんとなく締まったかなって気はします。
45RPMが会社が行きだしたらまた全部はじめるけど、やっぱり数ヶ月継続してはじめてプロポーションて
変わるんだろうな〜。
まだ落ちて欲しいところの肉塊は残ってるし。

私もいけてないんですよ。
何気に潔癖気味なので、人が足入れたお湯に足つけるのとかが嫌で・・・。
